A folder does not share one sample

Color pick reads one image. A folder does not share one sample. Image8K still asks for no account and shows no usage meter.

A folder does not share one sample. Image8K reads one pixel on one image. There is still no account, and the page still has no usage meter.

What the folder does not get

The color picker takes one image. The hex you copy is that pixel. The next file in the folder is a new open. A shared width is resize, and a folder of the same width is the catalog note. A shared mark is a watermark, not a sample. A sticker is one image, and it is not this reading.

Sampling does not change the pixels. It does not hit a kilobyte cap, and it does not set the pixel width. It does not hide a phone number. A phone number is mosaic, and mosaic is one image. It does not strip GPS. GPS leaves only when you strip the shooting settings, and one strip clears the whole segment, camera model included.

Still no account

  1. If the shot is still HEIC, convert it before a tool that does not open HEIC. This page can read the file you opened. Convert does not sample the pixel for you.
  2. Sample the pixel the form named. Copy the value. Close it.
  3. If the form also wants a size, that is a later page. Compress does not invent the hex, and resize does not.

Each file stays at or under 20MB. The original on the device is not overwritten. The sidebar is not a remaining count.

Nothing is uploaded

The reading stays in this browser. There is no Image8K account to create, and no meter that spends a sample.

One sample, then the next file

Copy the value from this image. Open the next file only when the form names another pixel.

FAQ

Can a folder share one sample?

No. Color pick reads one image. Open the next file when the next pixel is the one the form named.

Does sampling change the file?

No. It reads HEX, RGB, and HSL. It does not shrink, set the pixel width, hide a number, or strip GPS.

Is the sidebar a quota?

No. Image8K has no account and no usage meter. The sidebar is navigation, not a remaining count.
