Format Conversion

Turn the folder into one WebP, still with no account

The folder shares one WebP target. No account, no usage meter. Converting does not shrink the files.

The folder shares one WebP target. Image8K still asks for no account, and the page shows no usage meter. The sidebar of tools is not a quota.

One target, not two formats

Convert the folder to WebP in this browser. Converting does not shrink the files, and it does not hit a kilobyte cap. One click does not make a WebP and a JPG. Look at the export. If a transparent hole filled in, do not send that file. A JPG cannot keep a transparent hole. Staying with PNG is the PNG pass. If the form asked for JPG, that is the JPG pass. The hole is the PNG guide.

What the WebP pass does not do

Pixel width is resize. If a form then rejects the weight, compress is another pass. Compress does not set the pixel width, and it does not undo the format. The cap is the size guide.

If the folder is still HEIC, this WebP pass is the conversion. Do not expect that same click to also hit a size cap. Location leaves only when you strip the shooting data, and one strip clears the whole segment, camera model included. The HEIC folder is the HEIC pass.

Each file stays at or under 20MB. The originals on the device are not overwritten. Nothing is uploaded, and no account is created to count the folder.
